Good quality Bitch who won on finals night at Warragul last Friday. She was only steady away but tracked wide and found the front into the first turn and was too strong in the straight. Her time was only a tick outside the best of the night. Previous to that she ran second at Bendigo to Crashed who she turned the tables on at Warragul in the final. She is one from two over the 595m here with that win coming from the same box draw as tonight. While she will need getting luck getting around the first turn and staying out of trouble, if she can be close to them at the midway point she should be too strong for this field. Looks the best bet of the night.

Every chance at The Meadows last Saturday night when she began well and found the rail but just wasn’t good enough from box 8. The key here is she is drawn the red and should be able to lead. She has won from box 1 in the past over the 595m here and if she can jump to the front without too much trouble she might be good enough to get away with the race. Even though she has been to Brisbane and back lately she might be too nippy for this field. At the odds worth a try.
