Gary’s Greys! Expert Greyhound Racing Tips @ The Meadows 10/8

A rare meeting at The Meadows on a Thursday night. I have gone to the Distance Final for the best of the night. There isn’t a dog in the country hitting the line harder than Zoha Bale is at present. His last two starts he has rounded them up like they were standing still and raced away for very comprehensive victories. I know his box speed isn’t brilliant as evidenced last week when he got shuffled out of the race early. But what he did to them when he got serious was truly astonishing. While this is a harder field than he beat at Sandown last start i am still making him the best of the night. Unfortunately the good odds have disappeared so we are left with the scraps. But any price a winner is a good price.

This youngster had his first race start here last Wednesday night when he seemed to have every possible chance. Quest For Pace did everything right and was too nippy for Explicit. Maybe with the benefit of that experience he might be able to turn the tables tonight. The fact he was the medium of sustained support the whole way through betting makes me think he has shown some serious ability along the way. We see it time and time again, these heavily supported runners who miss at their first race start just blow them away next start with the benefit of a race under their belt. For that fact alone i am going to take the chance and make Explicit the second best of the night.
