Hit the track for the first time last Tuesday night when she exploded out of the boxes before getting crossed by Ruby And Rice. She had the sit and chased hard to nail her in the last stride. Time was very respectable and while the market had very little interest in her the way she knuckled down in the straight she looks like she has more wins in her. If she can reproduce that blinding box speed I am happy to make her the best of the afternoon.

This is a hot field as you would expect with a $10 000 Final. I am sticking with the highly promising bitch Elliana. Box 5 is obviously a worry but she showed plenty of early speed last week and I am banking on her finding the lead. Her main two dangers while drawn inside her can be hit and miss at the start. While Every Four Years has a massive motor and far more experience than Elliana I am sticking with this girl for the fact I think she might lead and at the odds on offer she might be a better gamble.
