Good quality speedster who pounced straight on the bunny last Wednesday night at Ballarat and raced away for an easy win in quick time. He ran the best of the night over the 390m. Previous to that he was average away at Healesville and never got in the hunt in a much harder field that tonight. The form out of that FFA has been stellar. He is two from two over the 400m here at Warragul being a heat and final back in January. If he can jump cleanly and find the lead he is going to be extremely hard to beat. Best of the night.

Disappointing on face value last Wednesday night at Traralgon where she began best and then just drifted out of contention to finish last. She never really looked likely. Four days earlier she worked her way to the lead and was a very easy winner in reasonable time. She is one 1 from 3 over the 460m trip here at Warragul which was back in March 2022. I think a combination of being drawn wide and coming back in grade makes her look very hard to beat in this average field. She has come through a few good form races in the last few weeks. While the odds aren’t great if she races to the best of her ability she should be too good for this field.
